Refund policy

We want you to love your SPINOUT purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All other purchases after this date will be final sale.

Please Note: We DO NOT refund shipping and handling charges. SALE items are FINAL sale.

If a return or exchange is necessary, please enclose a copy of your original receipt. Make sure all your information is enclosed so we may credit your account accordingly. We also recommend that you insure the return package.

Once your package has been received at Spinout, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days.
